Currently text message notifications are not available, all communication with jurors will be via email, mail, or by phone.  Jurors who have not provided and email address are encouraged to call in after 5:00 p.m. the day prior to any required appearance. If you have not and would like to provide an email address please contact the court.

Jury Schedule

Jury Panel for November 2, 2022 thru May 2, 2023

Jurors that did not appear for jury qualification on November 2nd, 2022 and were not notified you were excused will be required to appear at another qualification.  Date and time to be decided.

The jury trial set for Monday, January 9th, 2023 has been cancelled and jurors DO NOT need to appear.  Your next call in date is Wednesday, February 1, 2023 for a jury trial set on Thursday, February 2, 2023.

Notices are being  emailed at least 2 days in advance of your scheduled time to appear, please check your messages from the court.

You are only excused if you have notified the court of your unavailability for the jury trial date.  You MUST notify the court before the day of the trial.

***Please remember all of the forms must be completed in their entirety. Incomplete forms will not be accepted and will cause a delay.

Permanent Age Exemption – You recently received a summons and you are seventy-five (75) years of age or older and wish to be excused.

Effective June 19, 2009, individuals who are seventy-five years of age or older and who file an affidavit requesting an exemption from jury service shall be permanently exempted from jury service, per the enactment of Senate Bill 112, which amended Section 38-5-2 (B) NMSA 1978.

You are required to contact the prospective courts’ Jury Management Division for age verification or provide a copy of your driver license or birth certificate.
